A Cold War Gone Hot
On July 20, 1967 Alexei Levanov became the first man to set foot on the moon, securing a triumph for the CCCP and cementing Soviet Russia's place as the victor of the Space Race. Not to be outdone, the United States of America, Republic of China, and even corporations like Dyer Logistics shortly followed. Now, the moon is teeming with settlements from all earthly allegiances, each vying for the precious lunar resources available to those bold enough to claim them.
Lunar is a brutal 32mm skirmish game set during humanity’s battle for lunar superiority. Each box includes everything you and friend need to play, including a range of multipart resin astronauts that will allow you to create two opposing forces equipped with a variety of weapons and items.
A game of Lunar is played with 3-5 miniatures per side on a 2’×2′ area. Gameplay is based on a simple D6 mechanic that makes the game easy to understand and easy to teach new players.

The list of factions available in Lunar is always growing, and with each addition comes new ways to build crews and avenues for establishing your foothold on Earth's moon.
NARRATIVE CAMPAIGN
Weave your own tale of strife and success with Lunar's Narrative Play rules. Lunar encourages players to track progress from game to game, growing their crews of astronauts, upgrading them with newer and better gear via supply requisitions, and expanding the story of their mission on the moon.
Black Site Studios has produced a line of high quality, 32mm miniatures designed specifically for Lunar. This line of miniature astronauts, rovers, and other spacefaring paraphernalia is designed and cast here in the USA, and is of the same caliber as the previous Black Site projects.
