We generally do not respond to emails over the weekend.

If you are wanting to inquire about an existing order please make sure to provide the order number and your name.

BLACK FRIDAY ORDERS

If you placed an order during our Black Friday sale. We are currently in production on those orders, this year we had almost 2 months worth of orders in 3 days.

We are not able to give exact shipping ETAs at this time for orders placed during the sale. If you have not had a shipping notice by early Feb, you can reach out and we'll take a look :)
