Red Maple Bay
The roaring waves crash on the deep black rocks of Red Maple Bay, to the fisherman of the area this is a solemn place, one in which folks often go to hide. Situated east of the main industrial center “The Bay” as the locals call it is home to a variety of fisheries, factories and other dockland related businesses. On the outskirts is the old Red Maple Lighthouse which has sat stoically shining its beacon for over 100 years.
